So how do you achieve amazing leg growth that proves you take your training seriously?

You start implementing 2 Leg-Busting Techniques I’ve included TOGETHER for the first time in the same workout.

WARNING: These techniques are brutal…

(You’ll see them applied in exercise #4 and #5)

So if you’re a beginner, skip the 2nd intensifier and just do the 1st one.

Here is your next leg workout:

@0:55 – Glute Ham Raises
5 sets
Reps: 20, 15, 12, 8, (6, 12, 25)
45 sec rest

@1:30 – 45 Degree Back Extension
5 sets
15, 12, 12, 10, (8-8-16)
45 sec rest

@1:51 – Lying Leg Curls
5 sets
15, 12, 12, 10, (8-8-16)
45 sec rest

@2:50 – Deadlifts
4 sets
6-8 rest pause
3 min rest

@6:04 – Leg Press
3 sets
2 minutes CTTS
3 min rest
